Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • We are unable to predict the exact amount — please check with your local customs authority before ordering.
  • AFROISM complies with all applicable customs regulations and accurately declares the value of all shipments.

EU customers: Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period for returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Use your tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
  • If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us — international shipments can occasionally be delayed at customs.
